Qahtan Khalaf Omran

The Lecturer Dr Qahtan Khalaf Omran received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Baghdad University and received a master's degree in electronics and communications engineering from Baghdad University in 2000 and received a doctoral degree in electronic systems engineering from the National University of Malaysia UKM 2015. The area of research interest in the design of digital systems, Frequency Synthesis (DDFS). Has more than scientific research published in international journals and has participated in several international conferences.
