Assistant Lecturer Ayad Qays Abdulkareem received his bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from the University of Diyala in 2007 and received a master's degree in electronics engineering - communications from the Electrical Engineering Department at the Engineering College / Al-Mustansiriya University in 2013. Currently works Lecturer at Diyala University College of Engineering Department of electronic engineering since 2013. The area of research interest in embedded systems and micro controllers and protection systems. He has more than scientific research published in local and international journals.
